That’s great too! “A Therapist for the Girlies” is a nod to my specialty. That being said, therapy is for EVERYONE! I am fully equipped to see boys, men, and gender non-confirming folks. I identify as an LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally competent therapist.

I am an Out-of-Network provider. What that means is that I do not accept any insurance; however, if you have any Out-of-Network benefits through your provider, you can submit superbills for reimbursement.

If you’re unsure about these benefits, I would recommend contacting your insurance directly. This will allow you to find out what they would reimburse for a standard 45-minute therapy session (CPT code 90834)

I work a hybrid schedule, meaning I provide both in-person and telehealth therapy options. I am virtual on Monday’s and Wednesday’s, and in office on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
